Houston Criminal Defense
Houston criminal defense attorney James (Jim) Sullivan has over 25 years of criminal defense law experience. He has successfully represented over 3,000 clients. He continues to fight for his clients even after they have won their case. In some instances, this means getting their record sealed or expunged; in other instances, it means representing the client on a new case. He may have gotten the monkey of governmental prosecution off their backs temporarily but the circus of governmental harassment has not left town. James Sullivan successfully represented one client on several misdemeanor cases (possession of marihuana and assault) which were dismissed or reduced to class C misdemeanors and then was hired to represent him again on a 1st degree felony charge of Aggravated Assault against a Police Officer. Sullivan thoroughly investigated the case, talked to witnesses and prepared them to testify before the grand jury. Ultimately, the case was no billed (dismissed) by the grand jury.
James Sullivan has fought to get many cases dismissed or won at trial. If you need representation, call Sullivan at 281-546-6428 for a confidential consultation.
James Sullivan attended the Trial Lawyers College founded by Legendary lawyer Gerry Spence. Sullivan has a proven record of defending people from all walks of life, faiths and countries in courts throughout Texas.
Just cause you got the monkey off your back doesn’t mean the circus has left town. ~George Carlin, comedian and social critic, 20th century
